Payment Schedule
- First payment, which includes a $500 deposit per person (non-transferable, non-refundable) is due with the registration form. Total deposit payment per couple is $1000.
- Second payment of $1500 payment per person is due August 15, 2026. Total second payment due for couple is $3000.
- Flights: In January 2027, if using Gates to Israel for your airfare, they will reach out to secure flights and the airfare will be paid at that time.
- Remainder of cost per person (Final payment due February 28, 2027)
Payment Information
To secure your spot on this trip, please register by clicking on the link above and mail a check for $500 per participant to Gate of Israel made out to “GTI Tourism USA” (see address below). In the memo line, indicate “The Marriage Design in Israel May – June 2027“. Once your check is received, you will be registered and confirmed for the trip. You may include both the husband and wife on one check by notating participants names.
If you prefer to use a credit card, fill out the credit card authorization form (link below), this will be sent to GTI Tourism in Israel and we will charge your card from Israel. PRIOR to submitting payment, you’ll need to notify your bank or credit card company that you are submitting payment to Israel. This prevents them from declining the charges from Gates to Israel. Use the form below to pay via credit card. *There is a 4% handling fee for card payments.

Trip Insurance
It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance within 21 days of your first payment (your $500 deposit per person) to receive maximum coverage.
We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance & supplemental medical coverage (which covers Covid19 & pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life’s surprises. Kindly note that we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failure to secure adequate coverage.
We have made arrangements with Travel Insurance Center, a division of SMS (Senior Market Sales); members of UStIA (United States Travel Insurance Association) who are worldwide travel insurance brokers headquartered in Omaha Nebraska with over 35 years experience. Please note:
- Unsure of your final costs? Not a problem. Insure now the amount you have paid for – and then after any future payments, policy can be amended.
- Trip costs are all pre-paid expenses (e.g. airfare + land costs, etc.), no matter who the vendors are.
- Travel dates are for the entire period away from home. Travel dates can also be revised up until departure.
- Medical coverage is included in a comprehensive policy and covers unexpected medical expenses including those related to Coronavirus/Covid19.
- After purchase, a “consulate letter” will be issued. This one page “consulate letter” summarizes the coverage & clearly states that Coronavirus/Covid19 medical expenses are covered.
- It is in your interest to purchase a policy within 21 days of your first payment thus receiving maximum coverage (e.g. C.F.A.R., waiver for pre-existing conditions, bankruptcy insurance, suppler default, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
The $500 per person trip deposit paid upon registration to Gate to Israel is nonrefundable (and is not included in the amounts below).
- If you cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival, $500 per person is nonrefundable.
- If you cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival, $2000 per person is nonrefundable.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full tour cost is nonrefundable.
If there are circumstances beyond our control (government-mandated restrictions, conflicts, etc.) the above cancellation policies still apply. Due to this, we strongly encourage participants to purchase trip insurance.
The 4% credit card handling fees are nonrefundable.
